This intensive 15-day certification program equips students with the technical knowledge and sales expertise required to excel in retail banking.

The curriculum focuses on customer acquisition, product knowledge (CASA, FD, TD), and service excellence. Through immersive campus training, candidates are prepared to hit the ground running. Upon successful completion, participants join DCB Bank as Customer Service Managers, entering a culture that values transparency and merit-based growth.
